This barn is perfect for a family get away! Sarah was a fantastic host and was always quick to respond to emails. It was spotlessly clean, huge amount of space and perfect for our family of 11! Will definitely recommend this place for a family get away!

We stayed at Anchor Barn for 4 nights, and had a fantastic time. The property is spacious, and had a great variety of games and other items to keep everyone entertained. The kitchen was also well-stocked with all the utensils one could need for family members of all ages. We made particular use of the barbecue, and took advantage of the warm weather to eat outside. The property is really well situated – great local pubs and restaurants, and easy access to all the surrounding sights. I would thoroughly recommend, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful village location, plenty of common space which is ideal if you are taking children. Great kitchen equipment, lovely walled garden, great pub next door!

Lovely place in a lovely little village. The pictures don’t do the location and space justice. Great for a young family wanting to use the social and outdoor space.
